Buying Candy For My Kids in Congo After Halloween

Kids in the Congo do not celebrate Halloween. They are too poor for costumes. And, families are too poor to have candy and other goodies.

So late tomorrow evening, I will buy candy for little ones in rural Bulape. Oh, I will have to get a few pieces for the BIG kids, too.
